Whoever made this poster is misleading you and adding to your/our own self destruction instead of US Constitutional, Self Determination in the USA…

…because the proverbial “white man” has indeed, BY LAW, Apologized.

Please, don’t take my word for it.  Go Google 2008 Official Congressional Apology For Slavery and Jim Crow Resolution HR# 194 (Simple – meaning in need of Presidential signature) authored by the Hon. Congressman Steve Cohen of Nashville, Tenn., 9th District.  For verification, please call 202-225-3265.

Also, call the offices of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), and any of the leading Civil Rights organizations such as NAACP, SCLC (Southern Christian Leadership Conference), Urban League, National Action Network (NAN), or even your Christian Bishop and even Nation of Islam leader, Mr. Louis Farrakhan.

UNTIL AS RECENT AS 2008, it is true that the US government, i.e., the proverbial “white man” of America, who BY LAW, did indeed hold black Africans in this land as chattel slaves for 89 years, and legislated racist laws of discrimination against them/us for 99 years totaling 188 years…not counting the inherited 246 years of British jurisdiction (1619-1776), totaling 345 years of both governments combined, neither, particularly the USA, has never BY LAW, officially apologized for its crime.

The Strange Obama Phenomenon In This Matter
However, with little exposing fanfare, that is just what the “white man” did on July 26, 2008, just one month before Democratic Party candidate, Barach Hussein Obama won his Parties, nomination for President of the United States.

Oddly, though most American voters, for obvious as well related stated reason, he being both “white and black”, primarily chose him as such to be a bridge of healing and reconciliation between white and black citizens.

Yet, for some reason, along with the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), which prides itself as the “Conscious of Congress”, along with all the aforementioned African-American individuals and entities, elected to keep this particular and perhaps, second most important matter of black lives secret.

In fact, Mr. Obama had two terms (8 years) full of significant opportunities to utilize this Healing – Reconciliation document, but instead seems to have deliberately chose to do just the opposite, which helped to lead up the incidents that gave rise to the “Black Lives Matter” crises to this day.

Remember: In March of 2008, candidate Obama gave a huge speech on “race relations” in America, of which, sharing this healing reconciliation Resolution could have a capstone to it, and much more.  One must ask the question of why didn’t he?

Even the waging the US Civil War against “himself” to end generations-destroying institution of chattel slavery, and taking other measures to rectify his hypocritical behavior, which is good, the white man had never apologized until June 26, 2008.

• It’s has been said, with good reason that if you want to hide information from black peoples, just write in a book or document, because they/we don’t read…and those us who do or can, are unable to comprehend what is read.
  
• However, please know 143 years post being liberated from chattel slavery by the US Civil War, that YES INDEED, on July 26, 2008, the “white man”, i.e. US government, via the Congress of both chambers of the Houses, being Representative and Senate BY LAW of RESOLUTION officially apologized for its crimes.In the legal document in the form of Resolution, which is entitled, “Congressional Apology For Slavery and Jim Crow, HR# 194 (Simple – meaning in need of Presidential signature), the “white man” states:
  • • •  b. Black people suffer today for what happened yesterday. While chattel slavery and Jim Crowism is abolished,
    a. The unprecedented in world history, generational damages of chattel slavery
  • • • c. the aftermath is still harming us and growing worse (Note: Even President Obama along Presidents Bush and Clinton agrees with this. See Obama)
  • d. Apologized and ask to be forgiven

  Seeking RECONCILIATION, which is the first steps towards reparations…whatever it may be.
  

• This information was deliberately covered over by the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), NAACP, SCLC, Urban League, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, nearly all black, national clergy leaders, including the “first African-American/black US President, Barach H. Obama who had 8 years of great occasions to reveal the fact the “white man” has apologized.
  
  Note: Their excuse was, that the Apology didn’t go far enough because it didn’t have the word “reparations” in it.  Anyone with basic sense of reasoning and know definitions of words, RECONCILIATION is bigger than reparations, because it entails such and much more.
• The leaders knew that the attitude between white and black citizens would have softened for meaningful dialogue and stratagem for Reconciliation initiatives, but because African-American leaders don’t know how to resolve the myriad of negative matters of black lives in our communities and neighborhoods, such as the continuing, ancient, African, black on black warfare, whereby circa 7,500 primarily young black boy and men as shot to death by their fellows; homelessness; and the woeful inability for black folks to trust, love, forgive and work in unity with each other to name a few woes upon us.
• Therefore, these leaders, including clergy, and President Obama repeatedly covered up the white man’s legal, official apology and diverted their failure away for themselves by pointing to racism and the police brutality.
• Had this matter of black lives dealt with in 2008, we not have experienced the racial unrest to this day which ironically, began early in the Obama Administration.
