…whereby they might be rectified, vindicated, empowered to “catch-up with” that “equal justice/protection under the law” citizenry, “as is enjoyed by white citizens”, according to Section 1 of the 1866 Civil Rights Act (The Act)

The Act, as is all the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments, including all succeeding Acts of Civility imposed upon white citizens towards those whom are black and federal, is based or founded upon President of the United States (POTUS) Abraham Lincoln’s January 1, 1863, Executive Order of the Emancipation Proclamation.

If necessary, the President, as Commander In Chief dispatches the Armed Forces to enforce Section 1 of the Act, including that of the 14 Amendment, the child, offspring, manifestation of the former.

The Lincoln Executive Order states:

“…all persons held as slaves …shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free;

…and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom…

…and that the Executive government of the United States, including the military and naval authorities thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of said persons.

And upon this act, sincerely believed to be an act of justice, warranted by the Constitution, upon military necessity, I invoke the considerate judgment of mankind, and the gracious favor of Almighty God.”

Such is the real matter or substance of black lives in America!  Study this as though your very life depended upon it, WHICH IT DOES!

Similar to the Biblical spiritual operation of being born again, as alluded Psalms 51:10
^“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

After 403 years of “gestation”, the FULL, COMPLETE collective body of We the People America, is in our most prime, even optimum, and perhaps, the last and only time of a condition whereby we can finally be born into what President Lincoln identified in his November 19, 1863, Gettysburg Address as its long awaited, “new birth of freedom”.

As an embryo dreaming of its day of deliverance from the constrictions of the womb of this great, united, and unprecedented, soul of America for which We the People battle for today.

The matters of The Promissory Note, which is exclusive, federal, super citizenship status, makes black citizens, its Subject Beneficiaries, the very heart and soul at the center of all affairs of our Union Republican Form of Government of a “new” nation under GOD.

As Subject Beneficiaries awaken to their inherited matters in this “one nation under GOD”, the child “America” consisting of all US citizens, regardless of racial identity, thereby all lives matter, will together be born into freedom.

This birth being delayed for 155 years, the Congressional enactment of the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act, i.e., The Promissory Note was and remains intended to rectify 245 years of generations-destroying, chattel slavery.

Therefore,in tight of the present, natural and ever-growing agitation of white/black racial, civil unrest and “systemic racism”. now is the time for that “bright day of justice to emerge” as prophesied by prophet Martin Luther King, Jr., for the sake of keeping the Republic, thereby saving our Union.”

The Long unhealed “wounds” between the Americans of willing immigration heritage, i.e., white citizens, regardless of race, and those of chattel slavery, have nurtured in them/us an accusatory, bitter, resentful and mostly fearful attitudes which nurtures, agitates and intensifies the matter more.

Thanking GOD, those painful “wounds” can now be healed by applying the divine principles of generational accountability of Repentance; proceeded by Acknowledgement of wrong doing; whereby the offender (willing immigrants) offers to the offended (chattel slaves), Reconciliation, i.e., make it right, regardless of whatever it takes.

The Sacred 2008 Congressional Resolution HR #194
The “medicine” word is Reconciliation, which is agreement, penance, rapprochement, conciliation, adjustment, balancing, unity, peacemaking, settlement, etc.

Such medicinal procedures are now readily available, as 99 % of US citizens, particularly the Subject Beneficiaries themselves are unaware of the once “hidden-secret”, federal document of Congressional Resolution Apology.

As stated in this sacred Resolution HR #194, is the first step towards reconciling the initial 245 years of chattel slavery (1619-1865) plus the 99 of Black Codes-Jim Crowism (1865-1964) etc., which is the central, critical matter of all of America’s woes.

Ironically, this “document of healing and reconciliation” was enacted in July 2008, the very year in which We the People elected its first, so called, African-American, “black” – mixed race President.

The document is: HR 194 (Simple), wherein, Congress, on behalf of all white, i.e., willing immigrants Americans acknowledged, apologized for, and seeks Reconciliation for Slavery and Jim Crowism.

This flag and others similar to it, with variations of these three (3) colors, names and definitions is the supposedly or purported emblem of so called African-Americans, i.e., Black Citizens of US, federal, black super citizenship.

It’s my contention that it stands to reason that these myriad of names and color designs if fitting for the descendants of chattel slaves, and Freemen (non slave blacks)

This flag and others similar to it, with several variations of these three (3) (colors, red, black, green), its names and definitions is supposedly or purported emblem of so called African-Americans, i.e., black citizens of US, federal, black super citizenship.

Its my contention that it stands to reason, that these myriad arrangements of colors designs, names, etc., is fitting for the descendants of chattel slaves, and Freemen (non slave blacks), being of an extremely diverse, warring, ethnic, African peoples forced into the oneness of slavery, being bound only by chains and shackles of bondage.

Such a scenario explains why that more freedom in the USA is granted to these diverse peoples, the more violent they become towards each other despite them/us all being “black”, whatever that means, given who is defining it and what purposes.  (See: Freedom To Kill)

While these flag, this one in particular is supposed to be the rallying call for black unity, initially according to the late, Marcus Garvey, who designed it in 1920, was for Pan Africanism, i.e. the international-global diaspora out of Africa, somehow its to be primarily for US black citizens.

Thus far, it’s being adopted as the emblem of the “Reparations Now movement” (RNM); “Black Lives Matter” (BLM); and other such groups and movements, including that of the newly forming, “Matters of Black Lives” (MBL), which declares that as of July 17, 2020,  Venice Beach, California is the birth place of the Fourth Civil Rights Struggle Era (4th CRSE).

Note: The July 17th passing of the Hon. John Lewis, last of the “Big Six” of the Third Civil Rights Era of the 1960’s, marks the passing or end of that mostly failed movement.

Nevertheless, here in the words of Marcus Garvey himself, is his explanation of the flag/bannor…

Show me the race or the nation without a flag, and I will show you a race of people without any pride. Aye! In song and mimicry they have said, “Every race has a flag but the coon.” How true! Aye! But that was said of us four years ago. They can’t say it now. …

The Universal Negro Catechism, published by the UNIA in 1921, refers to the colors of the flag meaning:^[6]

Red is the color of the blood which men must shed for their redemption and liberty; black is the color of the noble and distinguished race to which we belong; green is the color of the luxuriant vegetation of our Motherland.

According to the UNIA more recently, the three colors on the Black Nationalist flag represent:

• red: the blood that unites all people of Black African ancestry, and shed for liberation;

• black: black people whose existence as a nation, though not a nation-state, is affirmed by the existence of the flag;

• and green: the abundant natural wealth of Africa.^[8]

It is also my contention, that the adoption of this flag by federal, black super citizens is a definite sign that they/we are fully ignorant of the great status that has been bestowed upon us by GOD via the US Constitution, particular the 1866-58 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of citizenship, whereby it equalizes chattel slave descendants, et al., to experience one “as is enjoyed by white citizens”.

Here is another version of the Black National Flag, which would be more in keeping with black, super citizenship.
While colorful and soulful, this flag and its various definitions greatly pales in light of the National Flag of the United States wherein black citizens collectively, are the most powerful people in world history.

Objectively viewing United States history, along with its foundational laws, the soulful “matter of black lives” is the nation-saving-preserving foundation and concomitantly, the cohesive substance that holds the element of this widely diverse, We the People of the Republican Form of Government, Union of 50 sovereign States, and its Territories, together in unity, that it “not perish from the earth.”

The primary root or foundational cause of our present woes, is due to this particularly, most important factual matter, which we black citizens are ignorant of reality of our special, federal-White House, Presidential protected and promoted, super citizenship status.

When we finally come to active conscious of this fact, then other matters will take their due course to rectification and notice.

In fact, it is the root of cause of the true American Dream which the late, young prophet, the Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. prophesies saying his dream, “…one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.”  Such rising up includes both white and black citizens combined.

In fact, the matter of black lives in the USA is so significantly important to its existence, including national as well as global identity in so many strategic and ironic incidents too numerous to discuss here.

The greatest fact is that 740,000 young, innocent white boys and men of the Northern Union and Southern Confederacy, plus 38,000 blacks of such who gave their lives including President Abraham Lincoln battling against each other in the 1861-64 Civil War, or the War To End Chattel Slavery over.

Note: The millions more wounded in body and soul (mind-emotions-intellect) and their bereft families, having negative consequences even unto this present day.

This domestic white citizen on white citizen war took more lives than all the other USA conflicts combined from the Revolutionary through to Iraq and Afghanistan, etc.

Furthermore, as a foundational matter, this erroneously purported “nation of immigration” is built upon the backs of American, black chattel slaves, even with their help is many and varied ways.

Therefore, “black lives matter” in the USA is an easy given to the historically astute.

As to date, “black lives matter” is erroneously and disrespectfully, a singular matter of one being associated primarily with “the police”, i.e., the judicial, law enforcement, correctional institution, which in and of itself is a consequence of the myriad of “matter of black lives”, engulfing both negative and positive substances.

Black Lives Is The Substantive Matter of All Lives.

Because black lives (US Federal Super Citizens), all lives matter, because, all lives is built and based on the matter that on chattel enslaved backs of the ancestors of black lives.

Without such, no lives, especially in America, would not exist, having no matter.

The issue or substance at question is: “What are the Matters of Black Lives”, or “What is the matter with Black Lives?” “Why do black lives matter?”  (See: Video “Matters of Black Lives”)

To be clear: The statement, “Black Lives Matter” is not intended to decry the matter of other lives, because GOD created all human life equally, and to deny such is an a direct affront against HIM and The Universal Laws. 

So please, try not to take offense, either by those whom of you feel that your racial identity is being slighted, nor by those who are offended by the statement, “All Lives Matter”, including “Blue”.

However, to be correct, in US history, all lives matter, BECAUSE the matters of blacks lives are the substance of all others.

This is especially poignant after residing 4002 years in this land as a collective, generational body politic of Americans.

Yet, we seem to get ahead socially, economically and even politically, though there are 43 of us elected into Congress, including once upon a time, a “black” President, or at least someone who supposedly “looks like us”; as well as having a very wealthy celebrity and business class of our “Talented Tenth”, which actually doesn’t concern itself with the state and looming fate of self-destruction confronting our children’s children.

What can the matter be?  Just how serious is it?  Can, will we survive and ever prosper as our  counter pats, white citizens, the willing immigrants?

Another is point is when viewing BLACK LIVES in the history and foundations of this Republican Form of Government United States of America (Article 4, Section 4 Constitution), no doubt, black lives matter.  We black lives just know it!

The Matter of Two American, US Citizens In One Nation
Actually, this half truth, or erroneously purported, “nation of immigrants” or “immigration nation” is and historically factual, built upon the backs of chattel slaves…black lives.

As usual, when ever there is an upheaval of racial unrest, it seems that the public focus is always about certain actions or inaction, especially when it comes to law enforcement, from the police to the judiciary and correctional industries…on the proverbial “white man”, with his white, nationalist, supremacist, racist system” against them/us; with the caveat that he is too cowardly to sit at what prophet, MLK, Jr. prophesied to come at “table of brotherhood”, in America’s shaken and shaking time of “rude awakening”; to conduct an deep, objective, honest, “eye to eye”, civil conversation about race in this country.

Please visit the statement of The Obama Administration’s Attorney General, the Hon. Eric Holder about America being “a race of cowards”, because it/we black and white citizens refuse to have that timely, deep discussion.

Hence, the term, “Black Lives Matter” is an oxymoron, or one of obvious ignorance to the important significance of the weight of black lives, i.e., citizens, who gives Substance-Matter to all other lives in the United States of America.

US and world history illustrates just how the matter of black lives is actually the foundation and cohesive substantive matter to the very existence of this Republican Form of Government Union of 50 sovereign States and its territories.

If substance – matter of black lives were extracted from America, this country would not exist.

All Lives Matter, because, Black Lives Do Matter. Without the 245 Foundational Years of Black Lives In Chattel Enslavement…White, Brown, Red, Yellow, even “Blue Lives”, et al, Would Not Have Matter In The USA

Finally, in this matter-substance of black super citizenship, prophet MLK, Jr. prophesies in “Dream” admonishing us all, that post racial, civil unrest, that we must be cautious to not “return to business as usual” but rather to completed the unfinished work of Lincoln and lives suffered and lives in the US Civil War To End Chattel Slavery, lest America has “a rude awakening’ saying,

Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual.

There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights (i.e., experiential, equal justice-protection under the law citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens” (Section 1 of The Act).

The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

Since he first uttered those great words of warning 57 years ago, it appears that nearly three decades later, America refused to heed them, but rather collectively had chosen to “return to business as usual”, hence, now we are in that “rude awakening”, which we must now turn into that emerging “bright day of justice”.

Therefore, to the US historically astute, “black lives matter” big time.

As to date, “black lives matter” is erroneously and disrespectfully, a singular matter of one being associated primarily with “the police”, i.e., the judicial, law enforcement, correctional institution, which in and of itself is a consequence of the myriad of “matter of black lives”, engulfing both negative and positive substances.

Listed are a few examples of “the matters of black lives”

According to the D.O.J. (US Department of Justice) circa seven thousand, five hundred (7,500), primarily, young, innocent, black boys and men are annually killed in America by gunfire at the hand of their fellows over an assortment of matters, mostly “street gangs”, ranging from territorial squabbles for power or merchandise such as illicit drugs, weapons, romances, arguments, looks, i.e., “mad dogging”, color of cloths and shoe types, generations old rivalries and vengeance, etc.

If these 7,500 black boys and men were primarily white boys, including some girls and women in military uniforms in some foreign land dying in warfare, without doubt, the streets of this would be crowded with regular marches, protests, demonstrations et al, shouting, “bring the troops home now” and “stop the war”.

This 7,500 number is absent the thousands of non fatal wounds, and other related and assorted crimes.

THIS NUMBER BREAKS INTO:
Monthly – 625 | Weekly – 144 | Daily – 20 | totaling 7,500

These appalling numbers are the souls pushed off the earth by violence, whereas, literally hundreds of thousands more are wounded, primarily by gunfire…some slightly, while others are severe and lifelong disabling, including post traumatic syndrome, on top of that which is THE DIRECT RESULT of the collective and generational abuse of 245 years (1619-1865) of unwilling, American willing immigration forced, chattel slavery, immediately followed by 99 years of Jim Crowism, enforced by the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) – lynching, etc., and 56 years (1964-2020) of failed, government
social policies and programs…hence, 402 years of UNREQUITED INJUSTICES.

Yet, there is absolute silence on this most perplexing matter.  Where are the “usual suspects” who profess with their mouths, “Black Lives Matter”?

Well, I am here…the voice crying in the wilderness of “Black Lives Don’t Matter After All”, working to demonstrate that black lives do matter, therefore, built upon chattel slavery, all lives matter…thereby making peace, love and harmony.

Running concomitantly with black, visible homelessness, this is the fierce urgency of NOW to shout “Stop the Black On Black Warfare” and work towards that end BY DIRECT USA PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE POWER according to the January 1, 1863 President Abraham Lincoln Executive Ordered Emancipation Proclamation based, 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of Federal Super Citizenship of black citizens.

Just as millions in America and around the world have marched to stop wars in foreign lands involving our boys and girls, as well as those against excessive police force etc., the same and more, must be appropriated to stop this…America’s most gravest domestic war, second only to the US Civil War to end the 245 years of generations-destroying, industrial institution of chattel slavery.

While protesting and rioting by black citizens over the killing of black persons by white police officers since the 1960’s, the recent round of such, based on the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was primarily, young people of white or non black privilege.

Unfortunately, being misguided without a defined objective, nor leadership, or historical, economic, social, civic, political, religious education on the matters of black lives in America, etc., these millions of well meaning, concerned and passionate, young, ignorant peoples were emotionally reacting out of so called “white guilt”, due to their inherited, “white privilege”.

As your manifest, new voice in America, its is now time to re alert, regroup, educate, re focus and guide this mega people into proactive, positive, constructive activism in which it is conscientiously coordinated unison, may now utilize their white privilege to rectify the two initial, highly visible, negative matters of black lives.

Matters of Black Lives is calling for well organized marches, rallies, vigils, prayer-meditation sessions, demonstrations, etc., to:

“Stop The War. Bring the Boys Home,NOW. “

Being American, United States Republican Form of Government Black Citizens, Endowed With Exclusive, Federal, Super Citizenship Status Under Direct Jurisdiction, i.e., The White House-Executive Branch…The President, As Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces, If Necessary, For Its Military Enforcement According The Abraham Lincoln, January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation…

…Thereby, the whole of the United States, subsequently all nations of the globe are resting and built upon the backs and shoulders of black lives, i.e., Americans of the African Slave Trade heritage forced into generations-destroying chattel slaves…

…therefore, of course black lives matter, and because of the truth of this matter, hence, all lives do matter.

It is incumbent upon me to not allow everyone who agreed with,”took a knee”, marched, protested-demonstrated, destroyed property crying out “Black Lives Matter” to let it be a hip-cool, passing fad, “lest we forget” and must repeat the ugly process over again.

Fifty-eight (58) years ago (as of this date of 08/28/2021) at the 1963 Civil Rights March On Washington, DC, the young, late, slain prophet, Martin Luther King, Jr., prophesied in “I Have A Dream” of this era of the “rude awakening” saying…

Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights.  The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

Therefore, it is the intent of my young colleagues and I to maintain the presence of what the world shout concerning the matter of black lives by daily “haunting” you until this 402 years of unrequited injustices against black American of chattel slavery heritage, et al, is rectified, i.e., “the bright day of justice”…”The Sun of Justice-Righteousness shall rise with Healing in His Wings (rays)” [Malachi 4:3]

Hence, according to the US National Flag Code, Section 8, our initial, rallying and unification call objective, it turn the Flag over the White House UPSIDE DOWN, i.e. every federal building and park, all military bases, Territories, ocean, sea, lake, river, sky and space going vessels, embassies and consulates until “the bright day of justice emerges.”  See US Flag Code, Section 8
