National Security Threat
The homelessness culture scourge throughout the nation, immenating from Los Angeles, its National Capital, is rapidly becoming the most dangerous, national security-threat to the United States, Union Republic.

The Mission is designed to “make” the President of the United States (POTUS) issue an emergency, January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation-like, Executive Order to little known, White House, US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH) which is comprised of all 19 federal government departments, essentially being the Presidential Cabinet.

Procedural Steps To The Presidency
The Cabinet, overseen by his specially appointed Envoy, i.e., Czar Homeless (The Act, Section 4)

The Czar orchestrates the Council on effectuating the Justiceville,“Comprehensive, Strategic, National Plan” (CSNPP) that eradicates homelessness culture and its mainstream, societal causes.

Mission authority and power is enforced by the latent, 155 years old, 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act (The Act) of the Federal, i.e., Executive Branch -Presidency, the POTUS as Commander in Chief being enforced by the military in accordance with the Emancipation Proclamation, stating:

The Act, Sec. 8 “…whenever the President of the United States shall have reason to believe that offences have been or are likely to be committed against the provisions of this act…it shall be lawful for him, in his discretion…for the purpose of the more speedy arrest and trial of persons charged with a violation of this act;” (edited)

To have “reason to believe”, the POTUSA must heed “any efforts…” which in conjunction with the body politic of all Americans, black citizens “may make for their actual freedom”, whereby they may experience citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens.” (Sec. 1, The Act)

The January 1, 1863, Executive Ordered, Emancipation Proclamation” is bases for this Constitutional Act

“…all persons held as slaves…shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free; and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom” (edited)

Constitutional Legal and Moral High Ground Factor
Due to the 403 years of unrequited, unjust experiences in America, as in other negative, national, social dysfunction statistic, more than all other ethno-racial identities, black citizens are the overwhelming, disproportionate population of homelessness culture.

Their experience, not race-skin color, etc., ironically affords We the People the unprecedented, and optimum “perfect storm” opportunity to achieve the objective of the Executive Order.

By the authority awarded black citizens, We the People gain the moral high ground, especially in the sight of the Judge of all the world, and Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence.

Such is the actual matter of America’s experimental, Republican Form of Government Dream, of essentially, according to the US Constitution, black citizens are indeed, that proverbial, “Great, White, Hope” of national salvation.

This Day, is designed to grab the attention of the President of the United States (POTUS), and by the authority of Section 8 of the 1866 Civil Rights Act, including 4 and 9, plus 2, etc., being based the Emancipation Proclamation, as Commander in Chief, is mandated to meet with, hear and heed our petitions. No excuses allowed!

Global Attention – “Think Globally…Act Locally”
Appealing to all world citizens of every nation, especially in light of their concerns for the matters of black lives, i.e., Black Citizens in the United States, which is the primary source of these countries’ existence; and that such is built upon the backs of chattel enslaved Americans; they too much be awakened and directed.

Further appeals are to the Human Rights entity of the United Nations, The Hague, and other world bodies that address the national as well as individual, human rights injustices, along with every human rights watch NGO’s.

Matters of Black Lives (MBL) explained as not being the tactics, antics, ignorance and misguided politics of Black Lives Matter, the organization, But is rather, the passionate spirit of the movement to its next, logical step.

The Four Primary Topics
Along with other actions, it is imperative that the following matters must be Presidential Empowered in order to achieve their objectives

The time has come, “now is the time…fierce urgency of now”…

…in US history, that the American, white citizens whom are of the heritage of willing immigration and have benefited from their ability to practice-exercise, Declaration of Independence, Creator endowed, “certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, i.e. property…

…was/is built upon the backs of chattel slaves via a peculiar, industrial institution so named (Chattel Slavery-Living, human property)…

…to recognize the full purpose of such “white” privilege  and their subsequent, Federal Constitutional, We the People responsibilities, duties and orders according the Preamble, “to more perfect the Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, etc”…

…by utilizing that blessing to rectify the 402 years of requited injustices against Americans of the unwilling, black African Slave Trade heritage in this British Empire land transformed into the United States of America, Union Republican Form of Government New Order of the Ages – “Ordu Nordu Secluruum” nation.

No longer should or must white youth citizens feel the horrible emotion of guilt due to:
A.  their race, i.e. skin color and other anatomical features directly opposite to those of black citizens;

B. and their inherited wealth from their immediate, grand and even ancestral parents of willing immigration heritage gained from the grievously grave, economic, social, civic, political, including religious-spiritual, systemic imbalances in this Anglo-American society.

Rather, it’s time that they “cash-in” on their “promissory note” incredible privilege gained by their hard working parents to provide them with great or good education and lifestyle, to now apply it to the crucial matters of black lives, both negative and positive.

“When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir.” (Prophet MLK, Jr. – “I Have A Dream”, August 28,1963)

The myriad of American misguided, but correctly passionate youths who aimlessly marched in the streets of America, loudly proclaiming, “whose streets? our streets!” because “black lives matter”, etc., can now take the guided, well council action that will ultimately make their ancestors highly proud of them, as they will accomplish what their parents could not, though it was in their hearts to do so.

This action by the millions of young, non black youths, including those tens of millions more whom weren’t able to take to “the streets”, will serve as the great, yearned and prayed for liberation for themselves and their parents from the purported evils of systemic, “white guilt”, i.e., of racism.

Remember: White or non black youths whom have been blessed with such wealth of prosperity must no longer grieve about something that they were born into, having no choice in the matter, therefore, no need for self-flagellation guilt, but rather, a develop a greater sense of responsibility to what they have inherited from their fore parents, gain from chattel slavery and subsequent systemic racism.

Also, remember: While not guilty of the 245 years of chattel slavery, nor, the 99 subsequent years of Jim Crowism, i.e., racial discrimination of white citizens over those whom are black, nor of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) as well as other white supremacist entities, therefore nor the construction of systemic racism…

…they are nonetheless responsible and accountable to rectify these negative matters for succeeding generations and together with black lives as a conjoined, citizens battering ram against the gates of injustice, enforce-actualize, manifest those which are positive.

The first and initial positive manifestations the matters of black lives are:
A.  The Federal, Black Super Citizenship of Black Citizens;

B.  the 2008 Official Congressional Apology For Slavery and Jim Crowism Resolution HR# 194 (Simple).

These two initial actions will vastly help to increase the necessary rectification of the primary, most visible and immediate negative matters of black lives, which are:
A.  black homelessness;

B.  and the continual, ancient African, black on black warfare being waged in America whereby circa 7,500 primarily, young, innocent, black boys and men are killed by gunfire from their hands of their rivaling fellows.

The “battering ram” metaphor is:
Being the hard, metal head (iron, steel, brass, etc.) of the offensive weapon, the US federal, black citizens of unwilling immigration status of chattel slavery heritage are the “head” of the battering ram deriving their smashing power from the forward driving, wooden pole shaft of the America’s white citizens of willing, immigration heritage.

It is by this patriot Team action, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, We the  People together as intended by the founding fathers, will breakdown and through all “gates”, “doors” and “walls” of the “castle” of injustice held occupied by foreign and domestic enemies.

The patriot factions of over hundreds of millions of Americans will soon unite in their mutual, unassailable, national, Moral High Ground cause to render domestic tranquility throughout our Republican Form of Government, which is the Ordu Nordu Secluruum – “New Order of The Ages”, of Annuit Coeptis – “HE-GOD-Providence Has Favored Our Undertaking-Commencement” [See Divine Providence – Declaration of Independence]

Note: “…appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name..And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.”

The We the People citizens battering ram metaphor in detail

1. All US citizens of willing immigration heritage, according to the edicts of the US, Constitution, Article I, Section 8, are the wooden shaft of the weapon.

   Its  by their power, built upon the chattel enslaved backs American, entrapped in initial 245 years (1619-1865) of the generational, systemic causing racism;

2. The powerful, super citizenship status was enacted in 1866-68 and 70, was granted and continues to be granted due to the way in which they were purchased and transformed into chattel, not race, i.e., skin color, hair textures, as well as other anatomic features, minority, religion or social status.

3. The primary matter of American black lives, is their special, federal-White House, President as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, a “super”-like citizenship enforced by the military;

4. This was/is in accordance to the “living” – still active, Abraham Lincoln, January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation

   Note: “…and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.

   Thereby, being solely and exclusive categorized as such in the US Constitution, understandably situates black lives citizens as the Constitutional recognized head of shaft, not inferior nor superior, but rather will be the combined equally and equitably breakthrough “weapon” in the “battle for America’s soul”.

   Repeat: Not because of race, i.e., skin colors and other such anatomical features, nor minority status, but rather, the unwilling immigration experience as chattel slaves, initially under the jurisdiction of the British Empire until their July 2-4, 1776 transference into that of the United States Union republic.

   All Lives Matter
   By the force of the shaft, the head breaks through through “gates” – “walls” first whereby white i.e., willing immigrant American citizens will naturally proceed together as one, all lives co-equally and co-equitably mattering as initially dreamed by the founding fathers, might come true some day…soon.  “We shall overcome” injustice!

One of the factors that we must discuss is that of willing immigrants and unwilling chattel slaves whom were brought here African chains, and forced to serve the former as living, human property for 245 years.

In order to receive racial and national healing with reconciliation of repairs for past “wounds” between white and black, i.e., willing immigrants and chattel slaves; including between black and black, i.e., unwilling chattel slaves and unwilling chattel slaves, as well as white and white, i.e., willing immigrant and willing immigrant, this civil, honest, objective conversation must be had NOW.

This is one of the primary intentions of “Matters of Black Lives” campaign of national identity awareness in this Republican Form of Government nation as the conversation will try the souls of all of us.

Actually, the term, “nation of immigrants is highly offensive to everything that America desires to be, in that it denies the very existence black citizens, whom are not of willing immigration heritage, but rather its “backbone” substantive backbone.

Note: “Chattel slave” means, LIVING HUMAN PROPERTY, of which black lives of the ancient, African-continental, slave trade heritage, were of such for 245 years (1619-1865)

Another telling fact is: Of the 402 years of such, black lives in America have been free from two (2) legislated enslavement, they being that of the 245 years of Chattel Slavery, followed by 99 years (1865-1964) of Black Codes-Jim Crowism, thereby a total of 244 years of “legal” bondage, leaving a mere 56 years of actual freedom.

These slavery years were a combination of the British Empire’s 13 colonies from 1619 and succeeded by the United States in July 2-4, 1776, when they/we were transferred from that Jurisdiction of England into this present one of the USA, particularly under the federal governments, Executive Branch, the President being the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces to enforce their/our super citizenship of the 1866-68 Civil Rights 14th Amendment Act (The Act) based on the Abraham Lincoln, January 1,1863, Emancipation Proclamation.
