Being American, United States Republican Form of Government Black Citizens, Endowed With Exclusive, Federal, Super Citizenship Status Under Direct Jurisdiction, i.e., The White House-Executive Branch…The President, As Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces, If Necessary, For Its Military Enforcement According The Abraham Lincoln, January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation…

“…shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free; and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”

“And upon this act, sincerely believed to be an act of justice, warranted by the Constitution, upon military necessity, I invoke the considerate judgment of mankind, and the gracious favor of Almighty God.”

…Thereby, the whole of the United States, subsequently all nations of the globe are resting and built upon the backs and shoulders of black lives, i.e., Americans of the African Slave Trade heritage forced into generations-destroying chattel slaves…

…therefore, of course black lives matter, and because of the truth of this matter, hence, all lives do matter.

It is incumbent upon me to not allow everyone who agreed with,”took a knee”, marched, protested-demonstrated, destroyed property crying out “Black Lives Matter” to let it be a hip-cool, passing fad, “lest we forget” and must repeat the ugly process over again.

Fifty-eight (58) years ago (as of this date of 08/28/2021) at the 1963 Civil Rights March On Washington, DC, the young, late, slain prophet, Martin Luther King, Jr., prophesied in “I Have A Dream” of this era of the “rude awakening” saying…

Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights.  The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

Therefore, it is the intent of my young colleagues and I to maintain the presence of what the world shout concerning the matter of black lives by daily “haunting” you until this 402 years of unrequited injustices against black American of chattel slavery heritage, et al, is rectified, i.e., “the bright day of justice”…”The Sun of Justice-Righteousness shall rise with Healing in His Wings (rays)” [Malachi 4:3]

Hence, according to the US National Flag Code, Section 8, our initial, rallying and unification call objective, it turn the Flag over the White House UPSIDE DOWN, i.e. every federal building and park, all military bases, Territories, ocean, sea, lake, river, sky and space going vessels, embassies and consulates until “the bright day of justice emerges.”  See US Flag Code, Section 8
