Cynthia McDonald is a HIV Medical Case Manager, Health and Political Advocate in the city of Chicago. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree and a certification in Community Health.  Ms. McDonald authors a blog called “Freedmen health and wellness.com”, which speaks on the social determinants of health of Black Americans that descend from Chattel Slavery.

Cynthia is a podcaster that hosts shows called the Thirteen Percent (re-premiering Jan 2022 on Community Focused Media Channel), Chronicles of the Revolutionary on the Motor City Black Age Channel, and the Non-Prophets produced by the Atheist Community of Austin (a Free Thought Community organization that promotes positive Atheism and the Separation of Church and State).

Cynthia McDonald has guested on various platforms to write and speak on the topics of Race, Health, Politics, Free Thought, and Reparations.

Cynthia also serves as General Secretary of the Freedmen Descendants of Chicago, a political action group that advocates for local equity and national reparations for Black Descendants of US Chattel Slavery. Cynthia is also a musician that writes and performs dance and house music.
