The American Flag Shall Be Flown Upside Down As A Daily, Ever-Present Reminder That We the People Have An Obligation To The Primarily Military Men, Plus Women, As Well As Civilians Whom Gave Their Lives To Suffer Under  The Colors of The Stars and Stripes, The Star Spangled Banner…To Rectify The Causes of For Which It Is Flipped, Such As The Unfinished Matters of Black Lives, “the cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion.” 

Since the 1960’s Civil Rights movements, Americans have witnessed and experienced repeatedly, various actions in the name of justice for US black citizens, ranging from marches, demonstrations, protests for police brutality even killings, television productions such as “Roots”, et al, only to fade away like smoke…as a fad.

Therefore, it is incumbent upon all of us, to not allow “taken a knee”, marching, protesting-demonstrating, destroying property, crying out “Black Lives Matter” to be simply another hip-cool, passing fad, “lest we forget” and must repeat the ugly process over again.

Fifty – eight (58) years ago (as of 08/28/2021), at the 1963 Civil Rights March On Washington, DC, the young, late, slain prophet, Martin Luther King, Jr., prophesied in “I Have A Dream” of this era of the “rude awakening” saying…

‘Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights.  The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.”

Therefore, it is the intent of my young colleagues and I to maintain the presence of what the world shout concerning the matter of black lives by daily “haunting” you until this 403 years of unrequited injustices against black American of chattel slavery heritage, et al, is rectified, i.e., “the bright day of justice”

“The Sun of Justice-Righteousness shall rise with Healing in His Wings (rays)” [Malachi 4:3]

In light of the critical crisis of declining power
of the United States, Union Republic:

Now is the optimum time that Patriots recognize and embrace the real matter, substance, fabric, essence of the United States black citizens.

These unique, non willing immigration heritage Americans are the only Constitutionally authorized citizens whom are specially and specifically empowered with the only federal, super citizenship status in our country.

This super status is under the direct Jurisdiction of the President of the United States (POTUS), who as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, executes the mandates of the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act, if necessary, enforced by the Military according the January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation Executive Order of President Abraham Lincoln.

Note: Military intervention and support for black citizens mentioned four (4) times

“and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”

“therefore I, Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States, by virtue of the power in me vested as Commander-in-Chief, of the Army and Navy of the United States”

“and that the Executive government of the United States, including the military and naval authorities thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of said persons.”

“this act, sincerely believed to be an act of justice, warranted by the Constitution, upon military necessity, I invoke the considerate judgment of mankind, and the gracious favor of Almighty God.”

Note: These four mentions correlate and are the foundation of Sections 5, 8, 9, of the 1866 Civil Rights Act.

When the Patriotic, We the People obediently executes this mandated order, they/we will then finally learn the meaning “to more perfect the Union, establish Justice, insure Domestic Tranquility, etc.” thereby being enabled to “keep” our sacred Republic.

Based on the January 1, 1863, Presidential Executive Order of Abraham Lincolns’ Emancipation Proclamation, such immense and exclusive authority of black citizens, the descendants of militarily liberated chattel slaves making them our Union Republic’s “Living, National Treasure”.

Note: If for whatever reason, or by any course of action, should We the People loose the Constitutional efficacy, matter of black citizens’ lives, thereby rendering them/us politically inconsequential, the Republic will be lost, and Union dissolved, having lost its most precious treasure, national heartbeat and breath upon which it is geo physically, psychologically, emotionally, morally, and spiritually built.  Hence, the special protection, survival, and promotion of black citizens, is imperative to the existence of the United States.

Loose them/us, We loose this “new” nation under GOD, as prescribed in the closing remarks of Lincolns’ Gettysburg Address concerning the cause or reason for which it “shall not perish from the earth”, unless, provided that We “not be devoted to finish the unfinished work, nor be not dedicated to the great task remaining before us, and not have increased devotion  to that cause.”

Only by finally perfecting this matter concerning America’s greatest and gravest imperfection of the 245 years, generations-destroying, chattel slavery, can our E Pluribu Unum (“Out of Many One”) Nordu Ordu Seclurum (“New Order of the Ages”, nation of Annuit Coeptus (“HE/GOD has favored our undertaking”).

In speaking the sacrifice of the military personnel of the Union Armies, as well as of all Civil War battles, including those of the Southern Confederacy, in the Gettysburg Address, President Lincoln made it very clear that We the People are to “take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion”.

Note: The Civil War, or War To Liberate Chattel Slaves cost We the People circa, 740,000, young, innocent, white boys and men (plus 38,000 blacks of such), as well as millions more wounded in body and soul, including Abraham Lincoln himself.

In fact, he says that by doing so, We insure that those honored dead will not be dead in vain, and this “new” nation under GOD, will have a new birth of freedom, their government shall not perish from the earth.

Further, in Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address on March 1864 he again made it clear what the cause of the military conflict was/is about, saying,

“These slaves constituted a peculiar and powerful interest. All knew that this interest was somehow the cause of the war.”

It is reported that in 1862 upon being introduced to Harriet Beecher Stowe who wrote the moral fiction novel, “Uncle Tom’s Cabin”, Abraham Lincoln fondly commented she was “the little woman who wrote the book that started this great war.”

The United States Armed Forces, i.e., Military Is Twice – Two (2) Times Ordered and Mandated To Enforce The Federal, Super Citizenship of Black Citizens, Either By The President As Commander In Chief Of Such, or Directly By Representative Body of We the People, Black Citizens.

The First Civil Rights Law of the United States, Republican Form of Government’s, 1866-68 Civil Rights Act (The Act) Super Citizenship…

Section 5. …the bystanders or posse comitatus of the proper county, or such portion of the land or naval forces of the United States, or of the militia, as may be necessary to the performance of the duty with which they are charged, and to insure a faithful observance of the clause of the Constitution which prohibits slavery, in conformity with the provisions of this act;

Section 9. And be it further enacted, That it shall be lawful for the President of the United States, or such person as he may empower for that purpose, to employ such part of the land or naval forces of the United States, or of the militia, as shall be necessary to prevent the violation and enforce the due execution of this act.

This special designated duty of the US Military is founded upon the President Abraham Lincoln, January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation

“and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”

“And by virtue of the power, and for the purpose aforesaid, I do order and declare that all persons held as slaves within said designated States, and parts of States, are, and henceforward shall be free; and that the Executive government of the United States, including the military and naval authorities thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of said persons”

No other American, US citizens has this special protection, as they are of the willing immigration heritage, whereas, the Subject Beneficiaries of this eternal, Executive Order are of that of 245 years of generations-destroying, chattel slavery.

In fact, in the his November 19, 1863 Gettysburg Address, 11 months post the Proclamation, Commander in Chief Abraham Lincoln essentially proclaimed that the fate of the Republic Union is dependent on how We the People address the greatest imperfection of the Union as ordered to perfect.

“It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here (military) here have thus far so nobly advanced.

“It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us — that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion — that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain — that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom — and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.“

Such is why, as civilian, body politic, black citizens are perhaps, potentially, the most powerful people in world history.  Think about this!

The Purpose of This Nationwide Gathering is:

I. Formulate a NATIONWIDE united, functional, body politic of all United States citizens of America, with black lives as the forefront guard, i.e., head of the “battering ram” of the combined, all lives citizens against the defending “gates of the castle of injustice” whom are willing to do the work of taking realistic, responsible, coordinated, body politic leadership of this country’s destiny on behalf of all lives concerned

Note: The USA is a Union or collective of independent, sovereign states, i.e., Republic around the orbit of central, i.e., overarching or “umbrella”, federal government

Definition of “state”
A body of people that is politically organized, especially one that occupies a clearly defined geopolitical defined territory and in which its inhabitant citizens has the sovereign right to govern by sets of laws, statutes, ordinances, and policies for its self determination, and/or the system by which a people governs themselves

II. Recognize that the United States of America is an experiment in human governance by Divine order according to the Declaration of Independence, the “new” nations’, i.e., Novus ordo seclorum – “New Order of the Ages-Generations” and learn the working of this, the first and perhaps, last Republican Form of Government in the history of the world.

Note:  This nation is not a democracy which is direct “one person, one vote” on every item of governance, including legislating laws, which is literally an impossibility,i.e., “too many cooks in the kitchen”, whereas a republicancy or republic, is one vote for a representative to legislate on voter’s behalf, except in the instances of ballot measures, recalls, etc. [US Constitution, Article 4, Section 4]

         Note: The only times in which direct voting-democracy takes place is in/with ballot measures, referendums, initiatives, recalls, etc.

III.  Identify the Divine black lives within this Union Republic as being US Citizens by the Divinely, morally correct, specially citizenship awarded solely and exclusively to them/us

1866-68 Civil Rights/14 h Amendment Act (The Act) of Federal-White House Jurisdiction, President as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces protected-promoted, super citizenship according to the mandates of the President Abraham Lincoln, 1863 Executive Ordered Emancipation Proclamation.

Such super exclusivity in citizenship is not due to race, i.e., skin color and other anatomical features or characteristics, nor minority/majority status, but rather on the fact of experience.

Unlike all other Americans, whom are of willing, “legal and illegal” immigration heritage into this land, those of chattel slavery heritage were first under traditional, ancient, African-Islamic slave trade, followed by the forced-unwilling, outside of the continent, jurisdiction of the British Empire, then transferred into that of the United States in 1776.

Instead of willingness, American black peoples were originally purchased from the ancient, African-Islamic Slave Trade were brought here, unwillingly, against their wills, shackled in chains of bondage, in order to serve Americans of willing immigrant heritage, as living, human property (chattel) for 245 generations-destroying years (1619-1865).

Therefore, by the authority of Section 2, of the 1866 Civil Rights Act/14th Amendment, We the People black citizens, as a collective body politic, can charge and arrest any federal, government official, ranging from Congress to the US Supreme Court, including the President of the United States, or military personal, meaning also, the Chairperson of the Joint Chief of Staffs, not exempting those of state, county and municipalities.

This powerful authority of super citizenship Status was/is granted in order for black citizens to “catch up” with, and experience “equal justice-protection under the law” citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens”, i.e., willing immigrants, regardless of racial identity, according to Section 1 of The Act.

Therefore, ethno-racial justice is “smoke screen” and a misleading misnomer, whereas, experiential justice, followed by social, and economic, including generational justice, is well within reality.

IV. Address the central heartbeat matters of this nation, which is exclusively and solely that of Black Lives, US citizens, that they/we may graciously assume-ascend to our rightful leadership heritage in this great, Republican Form of Government, “immigration nation” built upon the backs and shoulders of chattel slaves.
