Memorandum of Understanding
This action is for the effectuating of a grand Master Plan on homelessness culture eradication and its’ mainstream causes, entitled, The Justiceville, Comprehensive, Strategic, National Policy and Plan. (CSNPP) This body politic serves as an oversight mechanism by which the POTUS, his White House staff and the Council can feel comfortable in working with the architectural designer of this Master Homelessness Culture Resolution Plan, and his A-Team workers.
The architectural designer is Ted Hayes, America’s foremost in unique experience and understanding of homelessness, Civil Rights/Homelessness Resolution activist of 36 years based in Los Angeles, the National Capital of Homelessness.
Being an active participant of the We the People body politic specifically for the purpose of helping to effectuate with credibility, credible council and guidance to its architectural designer, the Justiceville, “Mission: ‘Capture’ the US Presidency” for the purpose of the President of the United States (POTUS) of America issuing an Abraham Lincoln, Emancipation Proclamation-like, Executive Order to the White House, Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH).
This unprecedented President Executive Order to the Council and its active Czar, i.e., special Presidential envoy, hence, every Department of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government, to immediately upon being issues, implement our Comprehensive, Strategic, National Policy and Plan (CSNPP) that eradicates homelessness culture and its mainstream societal causes.
While at this time, within the present body politic, there are various levels of understanding of what the architect of the CSNPP has designed, and most likely now will they ever total agree with him, or fellow participants, the basic, blueprint of it is acceptable enough to participate.
At any point in this venture, each participant can feel comfortable to withdraw from whatever part that he/she choses without negative consequences, but rather a show from the designer and other great gratitude for the time served.
Further, all participants are indemnified, that is my reputation and estate, etc., from any negative legal action that may be caused the architect of the CSNPP.
This body politic serves as an oversight mechanism by which the POTUS, his White House staff and the Council can feel comfortable in working with me and my A-Team workers.
