The FIFTH WAVE of The Civil Rights Movement/Struggle

The Fifth Wave – Epochal Era

The Historical, Legendary, The Civil Rights Struggles
(MBLM)

While “Civil Rights” is of late and generally defined as: The rights of citizens to political and social freedom and equality; whereas, the initial and always true, is that such a law was/is enacted to enforce white citizens of the United States to treat those whom are descendants of the chattel slaves, i.e., black citizens with experiential “equal justice-protection of the law” citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens”.

The Fifth (5) Epochal Civil Rights Eras

I.  Eleven (11) Years: 1866 – First US Civil Rights Act lasting to 1877, “The Democratic/Republican Party Compromise” (Birth of Jim Crow)

II. Eighty (80) Years: 1877 Birth of Jim Crow – 1957 – The Military Enforcement of The 1954 Brown Vs Board of Education Supreme Court Decision base on Section 1 of the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of Federal-Presidential, Emancipation Proclamation, Super Citizenship of Black Citizens, i.e., descendants of chattel slaves and Freemen (non enslaved blacks)

III. Eleven (11) Years, 1957-1968: The April 4, 1968 Assassination of the young prophet Martin Luther King, Jr.

IV. Fifty-Two (52) Years, 1968-2020: The July 17, 2020 passing of the Hon. Congressional Representative John Lewis (D), a significant Civil Rights leader of the Second Era, and last of the “Big Six” leadership of the 1863 Civil Rights March and Rally On Washington, DC”

IV. Year One (1) The Fifth; Began July 17, 2020 with the passing of John Lewis, and the simultaneous, sudden, and quiet advent-birth of Matters of Black Lives movement (MBLM) in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, California.

The Original Founders of the Civil Rights Movement(s)
As veterans of the abolition, antebellum – pre and during Civil War era, certain white citizens initiated and gave birth-rise to the Civil Rights Movement, when they enacted the First Civil Rights Law in the then, 90th year of the new nation under GOD, which was 1866.

Therefore, this sacred, and exclusive to black citizens Law is the god-father, Progenitor of all other Civil Rights “battles” to this present era now, ironically being birthed in Venice Beach, California, from the Hill of Justice within the “We the People Plaza”.
